"Jane England" was a primary pseudonym used by the British author Vera Murdoch Stuart Jervis.
She was born as Vera Murdoch Coysh in 1896 in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. In 1916, she married her first husband, Trevor Southgate. In 1924, she married Douglas E. Stuart-Jervis. She passed away in Lambeth, London, in 1967.
