According to McKay, Scott, and Whatmore, Cassell and Company published the first edition of THE WANDERER'S NECKLACE in London on January 29, 1914. A.C. Michael created 3 illustrations, including the color frontispiece. The are no ads at the end of the book. McKay and Scott claim that 13,500 copies were printed.

Longmans, Green and Company published the first American edition February 11, 1914. McKay and Scott both agree on the publication date in New York. The American edition used the same illustrations as Cassell did for its edition. There are no ads at the end of the book.
See the VisualHaggard.org page dedicated to the illustrations found in various editions.
The price on the first printing DJ should be $1.35, and the rear panel could not have advertised HRH's MOON OF ISRAEL since it was published after THE WANDERER'S NECKLACE
The frontispiece for the American first edition is the same as the frontispiece found in the British first edition.
